First, make sure the add-on is installed from the Google Workspace™ Marketplace. You can click the "Install Addon" button in the navigation header above to open the marketplace listing directly.

Go to your Google Drive™ workspace. In the right-hand side panel, you will see the ConvertSharp QR Code icon. Click the icon to open the add-on sidebar.

Select the file or folder you want to share. To ensure others can access the file via the QR code:

• Right-click on the file/folder in Google Drive™.
• Choose Share → Share.
• Under General access, change the permission setting from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
• Choose the appropriate role (Viewer, Commenter, or Editor).
• Click the Copy link button, then click Done.

Paste the copied link into the input field titled "QR Code Sharing URL" in the add-on sidebar. Press Ctrl+V (or Command+V on Mac) to paste. Once pasted, click the "Generate QRCode" button.

The QR Code Customizer window will open. Here you can brand and customize the code:

• Colors: Pick a custom foreground color, background color, and label color.
• Branding: Enter a custom label text (e.g. your website domain) and upload a company logo image to place in the center of the QR code.
• Fine-tuning: Use the sliders to adjust label size, vertical position (Y), and horizontal position (X).
• Save: Click Download to save the high-res PNG file, Print to print directly, or Copy to copy the image to your clipboard.
